  Waited in drive thru with 1 car for 10 mins. Finally got order took and got pulled forward for 4 ham and cheese boxes. Was told we couldn’t upgrade drinks for milkshakes. Would get faster service at a sit down restaurant.

  Stopped by this location for lunch on 6/24/26. Went to drive-thru where there was one vehicle at the menu board. Waited over 5 minutes with nothing happening. So I backed up and parked to go inside. Was told by a woman who couldn't speak clear English someone would be right with us. Then another almost 5 minute wait until the guy preparing the food had to stop what he was doing to come take our order. Then it was another 15 minutes or more to actually get our food. Then I get home and my sandwich was a disgusting mess. I usually like Arby's when I choose fast food, but I will never be back to this one.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We came last night and the drive-thru was at a stand-still so we parked and went inside. There was ONE guy running around working the drive-thru and the front counter, fixing the food, and cooking while several employees were in the back laughing and not even offering to help the one guy working. We left because he was already having a hard time. We decided to come back for lunch today thinking it was just an off day. We walked up to the counter and a lady (customer) was waiting to order her food. We stood there for a few minutes and one of the girl employees said (for everyone to hear) “Somebody take their order, because I’m not.” I am utterly disgusted with the service here. I would fire everybody except for the one guy that was busting is tail doing everything himself last night. The food was mediocre, the fries were cold & are order was partially right, no ketchup in the dispenser, and most of the sodas were out. If I could give a zero I would.

  Terrible service and rude employees. We have been eating at this Arbys location for over 10 years at least twice a month on our way to our Florida house. Other than constant problems with the restroom, we have been happy with food and service. We had ordered on-line, as usual to get our order quickly. My order was not ready and and after 10 minutes when I asked, if there was a problem, the cashier ( who gave the impression that I was bothering her) walked over and to the service area and never answered me. Another 20 minutes later I asked and without an apology or any acknowledgement of the inconvenience I was experiencing, staff told me the hamburger was thawing and had not been started yet. I took the other sandwich that was ready and walked out with my incomplete order. I understand that things happen unexpectedly but ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. We have returned to Arby's, since but a different location. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE ARBY'S IN ANDALUSIA, ALABAMA.
