    Moved to Alexandria a couple of years ago and the food and service was good. Now the food and service is horrible. Won't be back.

    Multiple times I have been here and no one took our order and after a time the red light goes out, to push it and wait again. It’s ridiculous.

    the lady cut me off and did not even let me finish my order and she had a bad attitude and we had to have a whole other worker to come out and take our order because of the way she was acting .

    Food was way too salty. The tots and fries were hard and tasted like old grease. Had to send them back. Would not recommend going there
