- SAStacey AdamsMay 12, 20261.0I came through the drive-thru tonight and ordered two 2-piece chicken dinners. I specifically asked for mashed potatoes with slaw for both meals, along with another meal in the order. First, the drinks were not marked, which was frustrating. Then, when I asked about it at the drive-thru window, the employee was rude, dismissive, and stated, “I didn’t make them.” His attitude was completely unprofessional. He was mouthing off while handing me my change and held it up dropped it into my hand. I asked to speak with a manager, and Amber stated she would speak to him. Unfortunately, the situation only got worse once we arrived home in Guntersville and realized we were missing a potato and slaw from the order. When I called back, Amber told me the meal only comes with one side because she packed it herself. I explained that I understood that, but we had ordered two additional slaws on the side. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to make the situation right. Customer service should matter, especially when customers are spending money on a meal. Mistakes happen, but the rude behavior, lack of accountability, and lack of care shown by both the employee and management were unacceptable. You need employees who put customer service first and actually care about the people supporting your business.

I had order for $7.46 and gave cashier one quarter, two dimes, and a penny and $20 bill. Window Cashier gives me back $12 and 69 cents…tells me I gave him 31 cents not 46 cents?!
