  Walked in, took a moment for someone to come to the front. Manage walked by, didnt even speak. Then a young girl came to the front. She had her mouth full of food and couldn't even ask what can I get for you. I used a coupon, but after eating we realized it didnt take the coupon price. I took our receipt back to the young cashier. She said I'm sorry, I dont know what to do. I said you can get me my change. She finally called that manager back. She gave me a $3 refund, but didn't give me the tax difference. They were out of napkins- at the messiest restaurant in the world!!! They had a roll of paper towels for you to roll off of. I think we're done with Arby's for a while...

  Service is mid and the guy cutting the meat was touching his meat while making sandwiches inexcusable. Probably will eat here later today tho.

  The past two times I have been to this Arby’s the same young girl is working the window and she has no customer service. She opens the window doesn’t even repeat the total just looks at you gets the money goes and gets the food comes back to the window and does not say anything. She didn’t say anything at all if you are going to have workers like that they shouldn’t be dealing with customers. At least the food was good though!
