  I ordered their limited time freeze and they were out of the syrup. I ordered the cinnabon delight 2 pack, they always forget to put them in the bag. I ordered two crunchy tacos and chicken quesadilla, one taco was unwrapped and crushed in the bag. Thank goodness they gave me a free one time use taco for not having the limited time drink that’s a dollar more and then leaving out part of my order. 5 people had made my bag , I have never seen a team as unorganized and as forgetful. 0/10 save your money for anything but taco bell.

  Sat in the drive-thru for nearly an hour for an order they claim was never taken—despite me placing it. Instead of fixing the issue, the manager argued, the food wasn’t fresh, and the staff laughed at me for being frustrated. Completely unprofessional.

  This location has been going down the last few months. Service is extremely slow and unprofessional. I needed napkins and the young man at the drive thru was doing something on his cellphone. I had to yell for the other young lady there to acknowledge me just to get napkins while the young man was on his phone. The girl apologized but I went back a few nights later and the same issue again. I will be driving to Helena or going to the other alabaster location.

  Went for lunch today. Everyone was very nice, and the food came out hot and exactly as I ordered it.
