  I hate leaving this one star review because the pizza was good. Today though, I placed an online order and for the first time was directed to the tip screen by the lady working there. I’m usually a tipper, but I selected no tip.. I don’t mind tipping and often times I will even do DoorDash deliveries, so I realize the importance. But when I order food from somewhere and pick it up from the counter, it kinda eliminates the need for a tip. Tips are usually for service.. Did the person fill up my cup? Was the delivery on time? Things like that. Someone handing your pizza across the counter, doesn’t constitute enough for a tip to me. Now, if I would have got a DoorDash order sent to the house, I would have tipped because they’re not making a hourly rate. You are working in a Pizza Hut, and you are paid an hourly rate.. the fact that you put the customer in that awkward position of tipping or not tipping in front of you is a detriment to the business. I do have a social media following of over 40,000 people and I could really blast this if I wanted to, but the pizza itself was delicious. Hopefully somebody higher up will reach out about this problem

  My Family pizza meal was hot and ready to eat and was ready for pick when I came to get it. Everything was hot and delicious! One of our favorite to order out on Friday and the weekends. Keep up the good work!

  ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza, gave us some kind of chicken and bacon pizza. food in general was just poor quality regardless of the fact it was completely wrong. i paid 40 dollars mind you.

  Waiting for my food for 1 hour never got it so I recommend not to come here
