Extremely Disappointing Experience It’s August, and this McDonald’s apparently has no ice, no ice cream, and no shakes. When we asked why, the employee taking our order told us they were all unavailable because “it’s all the same machine.” Having known someone who works at McDonald’s, I’m fairly certain that explanation was not accurate. To make matters worse, when I tried to pay with cash, the cashier refused to accept it. I was surprised and honestly pretty frustrated by that. Whatever the reason, customers should be informed of a cash-only/cashless policy before getting to the register, not simply have their cash refused. The employee was also exceptionally rude and seemed completely uninterested in being there or helping customers. Everyone can have a bad day, but there is a difference between having a rough shift and making customers feel like an inconvenience. No ice, no ice cream, no shakes, inaccurate explanations, refusal to accept cash, and poor customer service. That’s a pretty impressive collection of problems for one McDonald’s visit. 🍦🧊🥤 Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back.

To the owners of this McDonald's establishment. Start at the top of the management list with the firing slips because incompetence just breeds more incompetence and you can read the other reviews about this restaurant and see the pattern if you have any intelligents about yourself. Today 8/20/2026 I came to this location and had to order from the Kiosk even though nobody was in the restaurant and the drive thru had no vehicles lined up ordering or waiting on food. So after placing my stay in and sit down order and getting my placement card that the Kiosk asked me to input the number of so an associate could bring my meal to the table as according to the Kiosk and the number placard that I had to take with me and place on the table indicated. I was startled by some screaming out the number of my placard. So after a couple of times of hearing this I got up to see that some woman with hair down to her but and absolutely no hair net or hat of any description was on her head and hair was just swinging in the wind like a fellon on the run from the law had been bellowing my table number instead of bringing it to my table like the Kiosk and number placard indicated. I then also noticed that the men working in back were actually wearing visors and that was nice too see but then I also noticed that they're dreads were hanging almost to there shoulders with no hair net and not being tied up or held back in anyway. So what's the point of even wearing the visors. I don't want anybody's hair or sweat from there hair or product from there hair in my food. I would have given this place negative stars but thankfully for them Google review stars won't let you go in the negative direction. I am uploading the pictures I took while inside the store and I would have loved to gotten pictures of more of them so everyone could see what I'm talking about in this review but none of the other's would come around from the back.

My whole order was wrong. I asked them to fix it they had no problem fixing it but bring it back wrong again. I spent 40$ they thing was right was 2 cheese burgers for my 8 year old son which only had ketchup. I said, "can't you just pulled up the order to get it right"? I ended up give the girl my receipt off of the bag because they kept getting the order wrong. By the time I got my food I didn't even want McDonald's anymore. They use the wrong onions for the sandwiches. Cheese burgers had quarter pounder onions and vice versa. That's after the third time of them fixing the order. We literally only ate the fries and drunk our drinks. It was a mess we just gave up.

A new low. 35 minutes for a biscuit. I asked for a refund after 15 minutes, the manager was summoned, came to the register asked for my order number. He then disappeared. No refund just more waiting. About 30 minutes into this joke I got one of the workers attention. She said all food was made to order so that's why it was taking a while. I understand that but I'm assuming every McDonald's makes to order. Why would this store be sooo slow. Texas Roadhouse can make a steak to order in half the time. I hope the owners of this place understand the amount of business they lost just while I was standing here. Several people walked in waited for service and then left. Negative 1 star if google would allow it. There are McDonald's everywhere. Find a different one to take your money. Also after all this wait the made to order food was cold. McDonald's, the franchisee and the management team should be concerned and ashamed of this stores performance. Mcdonalds do you remember Burger Chef, Big Boy, Hardees? You took them down, buddy. Now its time for someone to take you down.
