  Quite possibly the worst from McDonald's that I've ever gotten. The "fresh fries" were cold and soggy. My quarter pounder deluxe definitely left more to be desired. My son's kids meal was very much the same as mine. I remember a time when McDonald's actually put a smile on my face. Now, I regret every time I forget why I don't stop at these guys anymore. I'm not sure what has happened with this chain, but it wouldn't be missed by myself if it were to dry up and disappear

  Went through the drive through with a large family. We ordered a double quarter pounder, both pieces of meat were undercooked, ordered another quarter pounder and the meat was undercooked. Our fries were cold and tasted like old fries. The service here was terrible. Someone needs to get a grip on this store! Possibly a manager issue?

  Save yourself a headache go 5 miles up the road to the next McDonald’s. Every time I come here I say I’ll never come again. This morning they said it would be a 10 minute wait for a Diet Coke. That’s all I was ordering was a Diet Coke this place is a joke. Very bad management, obviously.

  Went to the McDonald’s at 12:30 Pm on Sunday, May 3rd and both doors to the restaurant were locked. I had to walk around to the drive through window with my 5 year old and I’m 37 weeks pregnant to ask for my pickup order and if I could use the bathroom to go pee. The worker said for me to stand there and wait for my food so I could carry it all around to front of the restaurant were my car is parked. She then meet me at the very front doors and handed me the food and said that their team lead named, Hayden told them to lock the doors because they’re short staff and they don’t get paid enough (only $10 hour). I’ve never been to a McDonald’s in the middle of the day, with the doors locked. I also had to go back around to the drive through line because they forgot my sons and I’s straws to our drinks! :( I will continue to commute an extra 15 minutes to go to the Pelham, Alabama location because it’s the only other McDonald’s in the area. This location needs to be addressed to corporate for them to restructure and organize their whole management team and hire better individuals. Do better!!!!!

  Online order also used reward points with purchase, at pku window was told out of what my points were for what they offered as substitute didn’t work as I was allergic, so I asked if they could refund my points & was told NO, there were 3 items with same points, so asked if I could have one of those, mgr Jamie told them NO. I asked to speak with the mgr and he would NOT come to the drive thru window to talk to me. I saw him walk up front several times and I asked for him 4 or more times and he refused to assist me, meanwhile the drive thru was backed up for over 20 minutes or more all because Jamie is a terrible manager and doesn’t care about his customers. The girls started going outside to take people their food. Then they gave me what I ordered after they had to cook it, which if the coward manager Jamie had come to speak with me this all could have been resolved and the line could have moved on. Terrible customer service and even worse manager. Will never go back to this location ever again. Beware.
