  Why hasn't the manager been fired? Seriously! The boy in the drive-thru doesn't want to be there, put him in the back. Food was SMOTHERED in ketchup and had BIG ketchup fingerprints all over the outside of the wrapper. Napkins under the food covered in grease stains. Threw it all away.

  Dont order here in the morning they probably aren't open. Then you get to wait a week for a refund. Maybe I will learn my lesson one day.

  I went to this McDonald’s yesterday around 5 PM. Usually the ice cream machine is out of order, and while it was working this time, it might as well not have been. About halfway through my cone, I found a small metal piece in the ice cream. My wife submitted a complaint to corporate, but we only received a generic response saying the issue was passed along to the location’s management since it’s a franchise.

  Awful drove thru the drive thru placing a order and when we forgot a item the window clerk let out a big exasperated sigh. Like im sorry you have to add a additional item within 30 seconds of us placing our original order. We then proceed thru the drive and say dont worry about it. The manger deleted our order and said "we thought you drove off" they then stated "your gonna have to go back thru and re order" no customer service no proper way to conduct business if I can swing a hammer for 12 hrs you can take a second and add a item on the screen in AC
