- KLKyle LubsenAug 19, 20262.0No longer freak fast!!! Been coming here for years since they first opened and I’m a big Jimmy John’s fan but this restaurant has gone to pot. The last few times I’ve been through the drive thru they’ve taken a long time to make the order and get it to me. This time I’m sitting in line waiting for them to finish the order for the guy in front of me. I had to wait several minutes to order at the speaker and only did so after calling out to see if anyone is working. Then I pulled around and there’s a truck there waiting. It took about 5 minutes for him to get his order and then I finally got mine. I wrote all of this while sitting in line waiting for my order. Freaky Fast, no Freaky Sloooowww! I feel bad for the employees there’s often only one person working and they can’t run the drive thru and the inside effectively. Who ever owns/runs this place has got to figure out they’re running off business. Doubt I’ll come back here anymore. What a shame!
