- CWchris williamson1 day ago1.0They have started using an AI agent to take the drive-thru orders, screw that. It is even worse than the other fast food restaurants trying to make you do your own orders on a digital touch screen inside. Won't be ordering food there again until they put humans back.
- MSMaureen Stevenson6 days ago1.0Went through the drive thru this morning. It is very hard to order breakfast when the lunch menu is up. It was even harder when we tried to ask about breakfast because their drive thru is now AI and you don't speak to human until they are ready to take your money. I don't know why customer service is being done away with. I am totally against this.

I believe the difference was the Asst Mgr on duty, Ryan. He was friendly, interactive, service with a smile. He also seemed to be a "leader" for the crew, taking on whatever needed to be done to provide good service. The food even tasted better. Thanks Ryan and Jacks for doing better.
