    I came all the way from Ks and had to stop to get a coffee, when I tell you this was the best GENUINE customer service I have ever had! I lm going back before I go back to Ks because that was the best experience I’ve had. Much love to this Dutch bros crew!!!!

    An honest review: Positives: Most of the staff is friendly, the quality of the environment is really nice, I love that the highway is so close when you’re driving into town. Honest feedback: - the drive through lanes are too tight and short! Good luck if you drive a truck or a larger SUV. -Most of the time too much milk/creamer is put into my coffee orders. You would look at my cup and think I ordered milk with a splash of coffee it is nearly white most of the time. I am from Colorado and grew up on Dutch Bros so I definitely know what the correct order should taste and look like. Sometimes I wonder if the employees may be skipping the measurements because it saves time. At this point I have started to speak up and request them to fix it when it’s that white. And even after requesting a fix it’s not always made correctly. -one day I decided to order the corresponding drinks from both Dutch Bros and 7Brew their direct competitor to compare the quality. I even had my husband do a blind taste test. And we both agreed 7Brew’s was better. Visibly you could even see 7Brew’s was darker in color while the Dutch bros had more milk in it. This makes me feel like I’m getting a higher quality coffee at 7Brew. I’m leaving this review because I really want the overall quality and experience to get better! I love Dutch bros and have been wishing for it to come to this area since I moved here 7 years ago. But I could not recommend it to my friends in the current state because the quality isn’t living up to the expectations and quality I have known over the years. It’s an entirely different experience. Which is unfortunate because I have had Dutch bros while driving down to the beach at another location in Alabama and their drinks are being made perfectly! Again my goal here isn’t to say Dutch Bros is awful but this location needs to make some improvements. If I see those improvements I’ll happily change my review and return my business solely to Dutch Bros. But at this moment 7Brew has my confidence and I’ll occasionally give Dutch Bros a chance because I’m hoping this location might make a comeback. Thank you

    I’m not going to give you a 1 star because the people were friendly but the coffee was terrible. They really need to train the employees a bit better on how to make a proper coffee or even a decent coffee. We were served ice milk with a splash of coffee, I would’ve turned back to exchange them but we were in a hurry.

    Drive thru coffee shop. Loved the menu selections including coffees made with protein milk. There was only 1 car in front of me in line. I got the GOLDEN EAGLE (Espresso, Caramel & Vanilla Breve w/ Caramel Drizzle) Iced Coffee. Quick, easy, delicious. Friendly service.

    I honestly hate leaving reviews like this, but I feel like this needs to be said. I went through the drive-thru at Dutch Bros today, and while I was at the window, the employee reached down inside the bottom/front of her shorts, right where her underwear would be, and appeared to scratch or pick at herself. She then went right back to handling drinks. I was completely disgusted. I know people get itchy and need to adjust themselves sometimes, but when you’re working with drinks that you’re handing directly to customers, you should absolutely be washing your hands afterward. I spoke with someone about it, and they told me they would check the cameras. They did refund me and remake my drinks, which I appreciate, but honestly, by that point I was so grossed out I doubt I’ll ever go to this location again. He told me “Well, we work with sticky syrup and sometimes we wipe it on our clothes.” Sir… that is NOT what happened. I could understand that. Even though they made the issue “right” by their standards, I’m leaving this review because this is a basic hygiene issue, and I would hope management takes it seriously.
