Instead of taking a moment to help or even check what might have gone wrong, the employee just said “no” and waved me through. No effort to assist, no attempt to look up the order—nothing. It left me feeling dismissed, and as someone who looks like a minority, the interaction made me feel singled out in a way that was really uncomfortable. This is far below the level of service Chick‑fil‑A is known for and completely out of line with the values the company promotes. I left without my food and without any support from the staff. Extremely disappointing experience.
