  Customer service was top tier. Kaneesha( probably not the correct spelling) was a delight and she made sure our food was hot and fresh.

  The dining area of the store could benefit from improved cleanliness and maintenance, particularly concerning areas such as baseboards, corners, and overall sweeping. However, the focus on providing fresh food during slower times is excellent and executed effectively here. I prefer waiting six minutes for freshly prepared chicken during off-peak hours over getting older chicken in just one minute. The food is consistently very fresh, so please continue this practice!

  The little girl at the window was very polite but the girl in charge of making sandwiches named Madison will not let you have your chicken sandwich without honey mustard. Very strange. She said it was already made and I can't change it.

  Order online, missing one item, no aju with the French dip royal, no bbq on the sweet bbq brisket. Called the store to try to make sure I got the aju and just got a rude, “the order is already out” when the order wasn’t marked as picked up until several minutes later
