  We got scammed! I’m extremely frustrated with how this was handled. We went through the drive-thru, started eating our food on the way home, and realized we had been shorted an order of mozzarella sticks. I took the time to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get the issue corrected, only to be told they couldn’t do anything because they needed to see the food. How exactly are you supposed to prove that you didn’t receive something? The whole reason I came back was because the mozzarella sticks were missing! So apparently, if you go through the drive-thru, do immediately pull everything out of the bags and inventory your entire order before leaving, otherwise you’re out of luck. Mistakes happen—I understand that. What upset me was driving back to the restaurant expecting a simple mistake to be corrected and instead being treated as though I was trying to get something I hadn’t paid for. Very disappointing customer service.

  Most of the staff is great, there's always that one guy, am I right?! Anyways, it's clean, they're fast. A little spendy in my opinion for smaller portions than the competitors. But tastes great so that matters!

  They have a mini milk shake. It's a perfect size, in a coffee cup.

  Wasn’t great. The burgers were a little too greasy and the fires tasted of old oil. Hopefully it was just a bad day.
