Bryan is a manager in customer service. I had a problem with my pick up order today. He bent over backwards to resolve my issue! He made my day much smoother and seriously helped me out While their produce is sometimes spoiled upon pick up, getting a refund to make it right is always user friendly. They care about their customers Thank you again Bryan!!

If you need to get a vaccine fast, go to Carrs’s Pharmacy. I’ve had trouble finding a place to get vaccinated with limited schedules, vaccines arriving in later weeks, as well as akward customer service or people simply saying we can’t help you. I was surprised to hear Carrs had a pharmacy open, and hence as a long shot I went in to try to at least see what they had available. But ultimately expected to be turned away to and make a trip to Anchorage. However upon arriving at Carrs, I found out even with a large crowd the team’s good customer work ethic and commitment was able to get everyone seen and their problems resolved within a timely manner. The long line was attacked with efficiency and soon it was my turn to get vaccinated. They had the vaccine I needed when two other companies were out for weeks and in fact well stocked. Due to their communication skills of working as a good team they got me in and not only gave me the shot but kindly informed me of what would best meet my needs. The team had humor and were clear with me which is truly appreciated and hard to find at times. The transaction was pleasant and I can thankfully say Carrs is the pharmacy I can rely on and I’ve never regretted a visit. Have a wonderful day everyone and God bless y’all!! Special thanks to Heidie who helped educate me and make a plan for my health. As well as the young gentleman who helped me with jokes.

The staff are nice. The store is filthy. I use the pharmacy pharmacy only. The area back there is disgusting. The window in front of the pharmacy has been dirty and gross the entire time I.have filled meds there. The whole store looks dirty. Gross.
