- RPRobert PJun 17, 20261.0I believe Carrs locations throughout Alaska are engaging in bait and switch practices when it comes to advertising "free" items on their weekly circular for pickup & delivery customers. I have watched closely as the free items drop out of stock online between 11pm and midnight on their app when the store has closed the night prior to the sale. For the remainder of the week the item is unavailable and then once the sale is over it finds it's way back into their inventory promptly. This week it's a tray of enchiladas that went out stock throughout the entire Soutchcentral region of Alaska overnight. I am filing a complaint with the FTC over these business practices. I hope someone in leadership at Carrs realizes this type of game loses customers and is potentially illegal. Terry Goff, you are on notice to fix this.

I can't even say how happy I am when driving home at 12am an realize that Carrs is still open for me to run in a grab that thing I was supposed to grab at 7pm but forgot. It has saved me time after time from getting home without the bag of flour or coffee creamer I was supposed to grab lol
