  Took way to long in the drive threw sat in line for over 25 mins and there was only 4 cars in line 4 other cars ended up just leaven ...

  I ordered 1 sandwich and waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru. And when I'd look in the window the workers were just standing around or on their phones. Then I finally get my sandwich and it was a mess. And when I got to eating it there was a long black hair in it! Disgusting......I stopped going there a long time ago. And thought I'd give it a chance again, I was wrong. Never going back

  It's an Arby's if you haven't been you shoud definitely order 2x larger curly fries with anything that looks good 😋

  6/2/2026 This is the second time they have been out of roast beef, so ordered a #14 (ham & Swiss) only to wait in line behind two other vehicles 20+ minutes, then get to the window and am told they are now out of ham for my order and would I like to substitute with turkey. This place was going downhill before, but I didn’t think it could get even worse. Workers are friendly and feel bad they are trying to do their best at such a mismanaged place.
