The APP opened and assigned a “case number” wanted proof again which I had already provided to the manager on sight the day of my order, the local on sight manager was great and whomever she called was like sounds like we need to authorize a refund it will be back on your card in 24-48 hours. This has happened at least twice now might’ve been 3 times and now the case says “Closed” and I still haven’t received my refund.
