  I went there with zero people in line and zero people in the parking lot… there were a small handful of workers. We ordered 2 burgers, Curley fries and mozzarella sticks…. Pretty simple,right? They almost handed us our bag with out one of the burgers, quickly went back and threw it on and then after checking the bag also forgot the curly fries 😳… we get home and start to eat and 100% my burger was raw. I called and the manager said “we cook it medium rare”… absolutely almost threw up!!!

  I get these are fast food restaurants but their food sitting on a heated lamp should have a limit. Sandwich I got was old and soggy. Very disappointing

  Stopped by Arby’s recently and had a great experience. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect when you’re craving a solid roast beef sandwich. The fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and didn’t taste like they’d been sitting around. What really stood out was the service—staff were friendly, quick, and actually seemed to care about getting the order right. The place was clean, the line moved fast, and everything felt well run. Definitely one of the better Arby’s locations I’ve been to. I’ll be back next time I need a quick, reliable meal.

  They could have a server that greats the guest take the order, a young man took my order then I guess it was the manager deleted my food and my husband ordered what he wanted, I asked is this soft meat bite you have for I think 8 or 9 bites for $10.99and my husband ended up giving his streak bits to the dogs they hurt his mouth. So that night I made 2 orders when in fact that manager would of let that young man finish my order.
