  The employees spit in peoples food and the manager does nothing about it. I have reported finding obvious spit twice now and the manager is non responsive.

  I normally don't do reviews but I had to say this. I usually order off of the app and I find that usually when I get my fries they're always cold! I ordered $1 fries via rewards today and same thing. It was in fact so cold that I went home and microwaved it. The fries are $5 something for paying that much money they should at least be hot. I feel like I've been constantly cheated when ordering the French fries. Also I wouldn't recommend ordering double patty anything on the app because when picking up my double patty chicken sandwich on a few different occasions they simply don't put the other patty on there so I end up having one patty and then I have to end up going it back inside to get it fixed. I also had two occasion where I ordered a caramel frappe on the app and then when I arrive they tell me "Sir we don't have caramel frappes, what do you like to substitute it with anything else?" I've said no both times and the first time I actually got a refund but the second time the lady told me that she couldn't refund it because it's against policy or something and I ended up walking out with nothing because I had to go somewhere that's why I ordered ahead of time on the app. All in all it seems like using the app is a major hassle and if you use it you'll probably find that you won't be wanting to order McDonald's anymore like me because you have to deal with all of this nonsense. From a certain point of view though it's good because from their terrible service it encourages you not to eat their food and eat actual healthy meals like we should all be doing.

  The drive through counter help doesn't know how to manually input a credit card. Very frustrating. As far as food and ambiance, it's McDonald's. You either like Em or you hate Em. The prices nowadays are absolutely inexcusable. McDonald's is definitely not worth the cost. If I didn't have a gift card, I would not have gone

  Went through drive the ordered a double quarter pounder and a regular quart pounder meal got a big mac bottom instead of a quarter pounder bottom. The quarter pounders are supposed to be fresh and they definitely were not they were about 15-20 minutes old. We got the bottom of the barrel of fries, as if it was the bottom of the bag... The window person didn't even know what they were doing..
