  If I get a Doordash order, drive 5 minutes across town, and there's not a single customer in the store or drive through, and employees are chit chatting in the back to the point I have to peak around the get there attention... Just to find out they haven't even started to order, as a customer drives up... You have a logictical problem. Now not only am I wait, the Doordash customer is waiting and the customer that just showed up is waiting. And the place looked really dirty, so they weren't busy with closing tasks. Similar issues at Wasilla store (except Elijah, he's a good employee).

  Service was great, food was amazing, near picture perfect, but the interior looks a bit I don't know how to describe it other than behind the times and outdated and or run-down, their sign is old and yellowed clear plastic and the prices are stickered on but other than that it's my only gripe, otherwise nice little bite to eat.

  Waited inside for an ice cream cone 25 minutes. Didnt get it and nobody knew how to do refund. The rest of the customers this day were having similar to worse experiences. Last time for me. The place is also not real clean

  We've tried this DQ twice in the last month- the first time to treat our kids- and both the playground and ice cream machines were out of order. Tonight, the card reader wasn't working in the drive thru, so they told us we'd have to come inside. Both times, it was just a few teenage boys working- which isnt a problem in and of itself...but when the restaurant is never running smoothly... where are the managers/owner?
