I had the meatball sandwich and was asked if I wanted it toasted. It's a hot sandwich! The young lady burned the sandwich. And just wrapped it up and bagged it. And it was nearly 20 dollars. Someone needs to train their people better and clean up their act or this place is going to get shut down for health violations.
