  Sitting in my car curbside waiting for my food after I placed my order 32 minutes ago. This is like the 4th time I’ve waiting 30+ minutes and it’s insane. Might be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to

  They need to open another location and it sucks they dont use the pull up parking sport for people with big orders like they used to so when you get stuck behind a big order your order sits on the counter getting cold while they wait to fill the big orders, what happened to getting in and out of drive through within 5 minutes of ordering 🤔 I cant tell you how many times they left things out of my order or completely got it wrong... shutting down to one lane during peak hours is crazy the whole road leading into McDonalds is backed up..... Wish we had other options its getting old coming and waiting up to 30 minutes for your order to be cold and wrong.

  Pros and cons. It was relatively clean and the staff was friendly. But the fries came out cold, and they really shouldn't. I'm not a fry connoisseur, but my traveling partner is, and there is an expectation with McDonald's food, and fries in particular, that should be met wherever you go. Luckily we were dining in and it was an easy fix, but if it was a quick stop on the way, would have been frustrating to find out shortly afterwards. Three stars only for letting the cold fries out. The rest gets good marks.

  Attention customers using business credit cards: this location will create problems for corporate accounting because they will not process any cancellations, and the manager may deceive you into believing it has been completed. I am in a business trip, I went to this location and place my order at 2:22pm, I got tired of waiting by 3pm and cancel my order with the manager herself. Later, I called to confirm the cancellation of my order, but by then, a different manager named Daniel was on shift; he refused to provide the name of the previous manager and claimed he didn't know who it was, a store manager unable to check the posted schedule. He seemed to be shielding the other manager, as if they were related or something similar. He stated that my only option is to dispute the charge with the credit card company. I inquired whether the call was being recorded, and he replied that it was not and that there was nothing further he could assist with before disconnecting. I recognize that the location is quite busy, but their level of customer service is far from professional. Now, disputing the charge through corporate accounting will cost more than the original charge, so if this happens to you, ask your accounting to backcharge the purchase. The keyword is "backcharge"; it is a customer protection that will make the merchant listen to your complaints. I see other poor reviews and the owner only replies with the same message, every time; that could be an indication of poor management. Be aware!

  It seems to have gotten a lot slower. Food is normally cold for waiting so long. Most of the time I don’t get all of my items and forget going to the counter and getting the missing item. Because no one likes to be at front or short staffed. I believe all of McDonald’s should get rid of curve side pick up and table delivery not enough staff to cover places where they are obviously lacking.
