- EBEric Bredesen4 days ago1.0This McDonalds is hopeless. The food is the same as any other McDonald’s “I accidentally left a whole bag of about 100 chicken nuggets out on a counter for way too long. They melted. Into a pool of liquid.” Yikes. So why did this happen? It could be thanks to those pesky ingredients, as the finely-ground chicken meat is combined with a water-based marinade of sodium phosphates, food starches, dextrose, citric acid, autolyzed yeast extract, and natural flavoring.” But the service is worse. If you ask for “ cooked to serve” the meal is supposed to be cooked fresh and served hot….. it’s not more than 50 percent of the time. And if you complain? You get employee attitude back up by management. Basically it’s easier for them to get rid of and lose customers who complain than actually improve food quality and service. I find the chicken at Subway is real and they make your meal so you can watch what they are doing with your food.
- JFJennifer Frysz5 days ago3.0I am not sure why but they were incredibly slow. The slowest McDonalds I ever went to, but the person who took my order was amazing and made up for it. Fries were not fresh either, but at least the customer service was good.
- AMAlan MolyneuxMay 7, 20261.0This place has consistently been the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Even worse than inner city locations in the lower 48. The entire last summer they were without ice or smoothie machines. Been a year and still no Frappes. I don't think I've ever made it through the drive-thru line in less than 15 minutes during the day and it is only a single lane. If there is a standard of service and quality that these guys must adhere to to maintain a franchise, they are not meeting it. I hope they close and we can get a Wendy's.
