  What a great little find in Fairbanks! We absolutely loved The Crepery. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made for a really enjoyable experience. If you’re visiting Fairbanks, The Crepery is definitely worth stopping by. We’re so glad we found this place and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

  Our tour guide recommend us this place and he was not wrong. The crepes are so good, I love that there’s a counter where you can see them making the crepes. I got the traditional berries and Nutella, my BF got fig with cheese and honey. The customer service was friendly and nice, tables are clean. You have to order at the counter and they give you a number to take with you to the table. Definitely a place to go back to.

  We received a couple recommendations for The Crepery from a few different locals and are glad we listened to them, it was Excellent! We had a meat lovers crepe and a strawberry cheesecake crepe and split them, so we both got something sweet and something savory. It was a delicious combo! I also ordered a 16 oz. Cappuccino and my wife ordered the 16 oz. Mocha, my cup was full and very good, my wife’s cup was only about half way filled at best, most likely originally filled with foam, so she didn’t get as much to drink, but said what she did get was delicious. I would recommend The Crepery to anyone who is looking for a Wonderful and filling meal!

  So not so found on leaving bad reviews but the expectation that other reviews left for me did not reflect the food I got. Ordered the smoked salmon crepe which was one of the most recommended items on the menu. Well, it turned out to be a disappointment to say the least. It tasted more like potato salad than smoked salmon. The crepe was filled with potato and tasted very bland, no salt even I couldn't taste any salmon in there. I just hope mine was a one off.

  We heard many great things about this restaurant. We walked from our hotel in drizzling rain and placed an order. After they gave us our order we walked back to the hotel and opened our box to realize they gave us the wrong order. We called and they asked if we could bring the wrong order back and we said yes. They did not replace our original order even though by this time it’s cold and not to mention several back and forth trips to and from the hotel and restaurant. I said 40 something dollars and you gave us the wrong order and you won’t make it right by recooking our order. Her comment was it’s still our great tasting crepes just…you know….they didn’t try to make it right accept to say sorry hon. When we opened the boxes all the crepes were burnt. Not happy at all and most restaurants try to make it right by a refund or replacing the order. They were close to closing time but they were still cooking orders. Note: while we were waiting for our order, the cook was visiting with 3 guys while cooking which might explain the burnt crepes.
