  Walked over from hotel only to find doors locked at 7pm. No signs or anything. Asked the 2 kids delivering food and they didnt know and walked back in. There is no picnic tables or anything. Food took about 15-20 minutes of us just standing waiting. Got single cheeseburgers instead of doubles but already walked back to hotel. Fries where very greesy like oil needs to be changed.

  Tried the drive thru, no answer. Tried the red button at the sit and wait, no answer. Even tried the door for dine in, locked. There were workers in there, I know this cus one of them was looking at me through a cracked door. Don't know why they are not serving people.

  Honestly I’m very disappointed with the overall performance of your employee at the drive thru. Husband and I never had Sonic before and we thought we would give it a try so we pulled to the Drive Thru option. The employee at first seemed okay, but got immediately rude when I listed an option for a sauce. “We don’t have that sauce, you can go across the street if you want that.” Didn’t even tell me what Sonic had for options. “Im sorry, we don’t have that. But we have these xyz” would have suffice. Honestly never had Sonic and don’t ever plan on bothering with this business after this. Not that it matters. But this establishment needs proper training on interacting with guests. Your employee needs a reality check, just because he’s having a shitty day doesn’t mean he needs to be rude. Seriously, hope he has a better day or better yet, a change in career if he doesn’t like a customer service job.

  Worst sonic I’ve been to. To start off you have all 3 of their employees with no hair nets with the worst messy bun I’ve seen, no gloves as they’re actively working on equipment outside them going back inside to handle food, all their clothes are stained and the one on the mic had the worst attitude. Took 30 minutes to get one burger that had the taste of frostbite on it then my fries were more stale than the workers hair, it was horrible.

  If I could rate this a negative 1 star, I would, I came here with my family to get a quick bite and go. service was awful, staff were not dressed hygienic. They had grease and food stained over their uniforms. And the food was overall disappointing. Cheeseburgers were lukewarm, the meat itself was not even warm and was soggy like a sponge that was wringed out, and the cheese remained unmelted. The hamburger meat had a solid opaque object about the size of the tip of a pen, the French fries were not filled all the way. We will not come back.
