  É um grande supermercado com tudo que você possa precisar. Algumas prateleiras estavam vazias, talvez em reforma. Os funcionários são simpáticos. Diferente do brasil, o local de venda de bebida alcoólica fica mais reservado e difícil identificar. Mesmo aparentando idade superior, eles pedem identidade.

  I just wanted to express the disappointment. I have with my recent experience here at the Safeway in Fairbanks, Alaska. I was at the location on university near the Sophie suites. I was pleased to know this was part of a reputable company of Albertsons. I encourage you to view the footage from your surveillance camera to confirm my story. I walked in at 11:55pm for a quick transaction. I was denied entry according to a staff member (gentleman) who denied my entry and I had informed him this retail location is closed by 12:00am. He stated it’s your policy to decline entry at 11:55pm. I respected his claim and walked away. Later after me a group of people walked through the door and was allowed entry. Upset of what I saw I spoke to the same gentleman who now was accompanied by a staff (women dirty blonde) who complained about customers coming in last minute. The staff member (gentleman) shouted out of anger the fact that all of us came in last minute. The staff member (dirty blonde woman) told me to leave just because I explained to her standard retail practice customers are allowed entry the very last minute an establishment is in operation. This is a very poor practice on behalf of the staff members there and I hope this gets corrected. The fact that you have paying customers being shamed for coming in last minute is not at all professional, and it is against Albertsons core values. And truly hope the company will correct this issue and provide training to those disgruntled employees. I was finished and out the door by 11:59pm. Look forward to your response.

  Their grocery prices are ridiculously high—they’re clearly taking advantage of the location. I’m pretty sure if there were more options in town, most of these stores would be out of business. But my main issue is the self-checkout. I literally have to stand there while they watch me scan every single item. I’ve never stolen anything in my life, yet they make me feel like a criminal just for shopping there. It’s honestly pathetic. She even stood there watching me insert my card into the machine, which was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I was honestly so frustrated in that moment. If they’re that concerned about theft, then why even have self-checkout at all? At that point, they might as well just follow customers around the store. It’s ridiculous
