  mid, also it's not 24/7 lol. Maybe if the huge conglomerate paid their workers fair it wouldn't have staffing issues

  Ordered on the machine and the first thing I noticed my drink was a meduim not a large but in a large cup. I was told because I ordered with "no ice", corporate will not allow it to be filled up to the brim, so I got a refund. Then I noticed that my burgers were missing....and today is my kids birthday. We will never go to McDonalds again.

  Anytime I go to McDonald's in Fairbanks my fries are always fresh out the grease. Love it.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. I stopped in expecting the usual fast food run—quick, simple, and nothing memorable—but the service I received completely changed that. Maddy went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely kind, which is rare to find anywhere, let alone during a busy shift. My order was handled quickly and perfectly, but what stood out most was her attitude. She treated every customer with respect and made the whole environment feel welcoming and positive. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it truly makes a difference. Employees like Maddy are the reason people come back. If management sees this—she is an absolute asset to your team and deserves recognition. 10/10 experience. Thank you for making my day better! #mcmaddy
