  Good afternoon, I am leaving a complaint regarding a manager in the Eagle River Carrs branch by the name of Curt Johnson. I have not personally heard of anyone having any good experiences with this manager and more often than not I actually hear people leaving the store with sour moods due to his poor level of customer service. He speaks to customers with a casual rudeness that I do not believe is appropriate in any way at all. I don’t care if this is simply “how he speaks” since it is CLEARLY upsetting people and shouldn’t have to be brought up as many times as it already has. One instance I can recall is a customer accidentally going to the wrong check stand and asking Curt politely for his help. He continues to make comments like “how did you not see the sign? It’s so big.” Obviously trying to make the customer feel small over a simple mistake. He then acts as though he’s joking while clearly being aggravated since he is now aggressively operating the touch screen. Then as if it wasn’t already enough, he states to the customer, “you broke the machine!” And then telling her “you suck.” Nobody in the customer service industry should ever be allowed to get away with such crass and unprofessional comments and this is only one of MANY instances that Curt has gotten away with. I would love to see some real consequences behind all of these complaints. Thank you.

  Stopped to pick up some groceries but the whole store was closed and equipment was tearing out their parking lot!

  The only reason I go to the store is because it’s literally at the end of my street And the deli food is awesome Other than that. It’s extremely expensive and the staff are extremely rude especially the night manager. He has a fit like veins bulging out of the forehead sweating beat red if It’s15 minutes to close, he literally counts down by the minute over the intercom. I’ve never ever had any store Let their Employee let alone manager act like that I’ve literally had him follow me around the store telling me I better hurry and if you’ve shopped here you know what I’m talking about.CARS YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!!!!
