  Great customer service (drive thru and counter service) has been consistently enjoyable for my son and I our last three visits. Attentive and polite employees at the Eagle River Arby’s location keeps us coming back to include the poppers and Jamocha shake. It’s refreshing to see respectful employees represent their brand with a mature and positive attitude, unlike their next door neighbor McD teenage management team. Keep up the good work, keep the food coming out fast and hot and I expect a Jamocha shake and Jalapeños with bronco sauce waiting for me lol

  I had to delete my previous good review and make this one because what the HECK is going on with you guys? Two giant gross pieces of meat and sauces slopped onto a cold bun is acceptable to you? I ordered through doordahs and couldn't even get the entire order refunded but these sandwiches were disgusting and I am unable to drive otherwise I would have gone there myself to exchange for new ones because those are definitely not up to standard. The pickup time was Sunday February 8th, 9:57pm.

  They almost got the order right the first time. Instead of replacing the missing item they replaced the whole order.
