  I was ignored for 10min then when someone finally came to help me they didn’t listen when I said I was paying cash and then walked away. Worst experience I have had in years!

  Chubby Young man working night shift wanted to intimidate me and my husband for simply doing his job. There was a glitch on the app. From the jump he gave us attitude like he was annoyed. He initially had us go around again which isn’t a problem, then had us park after. He then came out with 2 of his friends staring, hovering and vaping like he was gunna do something to us???😂 he then came out again with my food and handed it to us like it was a problem. It’s Taco Bell.... not that serious buddy. Not scary just super unprofessional. If you don’t like your job find another one!

  the chubby guy who work overnight was so rude, he didn’t organize our drinks and also the drinks was so wet. he need a proper trainings for handing of food. you guys dont know what customer service is.
