  Genuinely worst experience ever, they took an hour and a half to make a sandwich, then burnt it.

  The vegetables tasted like they were left exposed to the open air, the deli meats had a dry texture to them, but the bread was standard at least. The customer service was mediocre, but not terrible; the staff were friendly but they weren't in any rush to get to me, & they seemed almost annoyed, or perhaps just tired, when serving me. The cleanliness of the restaurant itself was alright, mostly clean with the exception of a few dirty tables that I assume were used not long ago (I hope). It is a bit claustrophobic inside, which caused some people to need to squeeze by one another at times. Overall the food quality is much too abysmal to recommend going here, especially when the Lake Otis location is much better in every category; friendlier & helpful staff, better food quality, & visually cleaner interior.
