  Waited for 50 minutes fora sonic blast and a limeade. They never made it. They did refund me and give me a few free food vouchers, that I’ll probably never use. Don’t waste your time

  Food took 17 minutes longer than the projected completion time in the app. About 25 min total. When it was 10-12 min over we pushed the button to check on it and they asked us to go through the drive thru. Not that easy when I already have two 3y olds out of their seats. Husband ended up walking to the door to grab it at 17min past due. When they handed him his food they said “we’re out of milk and you won’t get a refund since it’s free”. Which they could have turned it off in the app, and it’s def not free. It’s part of a paid meal. Food was mostly fine but had cooled a bit while waiting for somebody to give it to us. Management needs to work on the obvious staffing issue.

  That was the most disappointing $15 I have probably ever spent… I drove through for 2 small ice cream blasts. The cups weren’t full, Oreos weren’t mixed in. It was extremely expensive for two soft serve ice creams with a few Oreo crumbs on top. I won’t be back :(

  If I could give all zeros I Would. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I had A four hour surgery today so I asked my sister to stop by sonic so I could get an ice cream and the kids could all get dinner. I was on the phone with her while she did the ordering so I know she ordered the right things. First, the cashier told my sister she cant take two payments and said it with an attitude like we were bothering her life to ask to take two payments. When my sister explained to her this is what we have to pay she then took two payments. She was rude the entire time. So they get the food and they get home three out of four items were incorrect. I called in and asked to speak to the manager who said his name is Kayden. First He wouldn’t even let me finish explaining what had happened when he said what do you want me to do a refund your credit card? I said well I was really hoping someone could run us down the right food as I explained I am on bedrest from surgery and my sister had done this as a favor for me on her way home and he said we don’t do that. OK fair enough. So I then asked for a refund so we could order food from somewhere else and he said oh he can’t refund me. I said OK what is your corporate’s phone number and then he said what do you want I don’t have time for this! I said excuse me what do you mean what do I want, and what do you mean you don’t have time for this! OK if you are refusing to refund me now I want that corporate phone number. Then he mumbled I just refunded you and I said oh interesting OK can I get that corporate phone number and then he gave me the wrong phone number I had to look it up.. now I’m wondering if Kayden was his real name. Either way just how disrespectful from start to finish. We got the refund or at least one credit card worth of the refund but I just couldn’t believe this experience.
