  They serve grilled cheese with almost no browning. Fries over-cooked. Staff is weird. The floors are sticky as if they mop with Fanta. Even for low expectations Sonic, this place is bad.

  Food was economical and delicious, seating and table service a bit limited & slow, customer service associate was VERY busy and doing a good job. Overall probably worth 4.0 stars.

  The experience was great besides the fact that one of the managers was extremely weird with her male employees (flirting with them) and she was overly rude to a girl that was just doing her job and being kind. Her name was Lakisha or something.

  I’ve always been a freak for the diet cherry lime-aides and have had them all over the country. The past couple trips to the Anchorage store.and this week, I’ve noticed the formula was somehow changed and it’s like drinking water. Waste of money because I had to toss it. The staff was pleasant and quick so 5+, the product they are putting out was horrible -0. Hopefully they can fix this, I’ll check again this summer. The Sonic drink menu is everything and they should take pride in it!

  The worst ever. Avoid this catastrophe at all costs. Nothing was hot. Large Fry less than half full! Chicken fried in ancient grease! The vast variety of drinks offered overwhelms the workers, producing horrible drinks. The $40 meal went to the trash can almost instantly. I will never, I repeat never waste my money there again.
