  This business is engaging in fraudulent transactions. I placed an order for $18 through the mobile app, and that itemized total was presented to me at the time of payment. However, once the payment was processed, I was charged $22. While the $4 difference is not significant enough to dispute with my credit card company, I want to make other customers aware that this franchise location appears to be engaging in deceptive or misleading billing practices. This is a shame since the food is good and I've always had good experiences with the staff.

  This Sonic location is conveniently out of everything that is on special in the app. When you get to the actual location magically everything is in stock but you can't order it through the app for the cheaper price. Then the store won't honor the app prices. They're just conveniently out of stock online and it's all the app's fault and there's nothing they can do about it. So you have to pay full price

  I understand being shorthanded I even understand mistakes being made but it took you 40 minutes to make my food am I only gave you guys one chance to screw up before I write a review so you miss my bacon on a supersonic bacon cheeseburger I'm going to complain about it but I'm going to complain so everyone can see

  Suggestion based on other reviews as well as my experiences; have corporate come down hard on this location please. Get rid of everyone there and hire new staff and hold the franchise owner accountable by either restructuring or shutting down this location. Having to wait over an hour and a half in the stall for an online order pickup is atrocious and it being completely cold and wrong when you get it.
