While you do pay $15 for the tacos, they definitely do not skimp on the meat. And it always taste like quality ingredients.

I only ever do online order pick ups at this store and have not had issues previously. However, this past year the customer service has declined significantly.
The store is constantly losing my online order and I have to wait 30minutes to an hour to get the food in my hand, causing me to miss time at work. They keep working on walk in orders while having me wait to the side for an order I placed hours before.
I wont be ordering from this location again due to repeated issues with ordering.

I used to go to the Abbott location a lot but I’ve been out of town for a month and came back to eat but I see there standards dropped
I was in line and there was an older lady being rude towards customers I went in the next day and found out she is the assistant manager so I will not be coming back to this location if that’s the type of employees they are now hiring

Ordered a bowl with queso and chips. My bowl had no rice in it, and missing 2 other small ingredients. Ordered a large bowl and it wasn’t even half way filled. As well as my queso leaked into my bag of chips and ripped the bag open as I picked it up.
I called the store and talked with the manager, melody. (She helped me out in the end) and had a new bowl made for me.
As I walked into the store to get my correct order. A worker, a heavy set lady yelled at me and pretty much degraded me for getting my correct order. I’ve also seen her talking down to her employees on different days. 2 of the guys that made my new bowl were glaring at me and were slamming things as they made it..
I order from this place alot and never had this experience. I’m very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location. It’s unfortunate because I love this place. But not anymore…
Melody the manager helped me out lots and was very kind. However, the employees who work here need serious customer service training or new jobs.
Do not come here if you expect a good experience. Unless you talk to Melody.

Ill be specific. This is only a point of reference. The manager (i assume) was belittling the foh, "you guys are making this way to hard". Calling out demands, "CANT I GET MORE QUESO ON THE LINE!". (Standard?) The people on the line were beat down. They were making food for who knows what orders. Saw 3 burritos get tossed because they were made for mobile orders or who knows what. The line was near empty. There were dirty containers stacked up behind the line like someone slopped food in the hot well and set the prep pan behind them. I have no issue with the restaurant, per say, but it was chaotic and slow. I walked out.
