  I was very disgusted with my experience today. I'm so disappointed i didn't take pictures before throwing it away, but my spouse placed a online order for us to pick up around 2:20pm today. I went to pick up our pizzas and headed to my office to eat before meeting a client. My spouse ate his quickly in the car but i waited to get back to the office. When I grabbed my pizza and took my first bite, a dead mosquito was on my finger. I was concerned so I flipped my pizza over to find another dead mosquito on my pizza. It's very possible my spouse ate s9me on his pizza but who knows because he didn't check his bottom. I do not expect GREAT food when ordering pizza hut, but i do expect it to be bug free. I love the personal pan pizzas as a quick bite but I will never eat pizza hut again after this experience. The bugs weren't even baked into the crust, so it's just a hygienic issue. Do not eat at this location.

  I'm in Anchorage Alaska and I flipped ordered a pizza yesterday around 4:30 in the afternoon not one time did I neve get my pizza delivered to my hotel room. I have called and they send me to Bangladesh or wherever. They had no problem talkingy money but I got no pizza🍕. I'm have back surgery tomorrow morning and I wanted some pizza and I got nothing. I just tried to call again and they gave me the run around. If I had a car would be a different case. I will never on my live time recommend ever going to pizza hut ever. This is got to be the worst place ever. I hope they treat the tourists better than they treat the locals. I hope this helps the locals. I might have to try round table pizza 🍕 I might have better luck. I give this store an F. No reason they shouldn't treatede like this.

  I ordered a pizza and it was very good,but I ended up picking it up myself getting back to the room to realize that I was charged a 5.99 delivery fee .Id forgive the mistake if it's credited back.

  Sat at my hotel waiting for my Pizza to be delivered. Was supposed to be here an hour ago. Ordered it 90 minutes ago. At least an hour over due!

  This pizza hut is a take out only store, with no option to dine in, so be aware of that. I ordered my food online and it was still hot by the time I arrived. Food was very good, I would say I prefer pizza hut over Domino's or little Caesars, despite them being a bit more expensive.
