Today I used their online ordering system. It took 2 full hours to get my food. Now, I realize I ordered during the lunch rush... but a phone call would have been nice. If the website tells customers 45 minutes... and it's already been double that... perhaps someone should let the customer know what's going on. I did call (once to check on it, and a second to cancel), the girl on the phone was nice and apologized a lot. It's hard to be mad, I've worked in many a resturant and sometimes you just get swamped. Perhaps, if lunch rushes are too much, they should throw an extra person or two on their lunch shift.
