  This is my fav ice cream shop in the world! I have driven 20 mins for their coffee chip ice cream multiple times. They all have smiley faces and they are so kind. I love going there! If you haven’t gone there yet you’re missing out!!

  Good service, Ryan was extremely helpful in finding a flavor and letting me try different ice cream flavors despite them only having 20 minutes before closing.

  On a Saturday night they only had two employees and one was only fulfilling online orders. I waited so long I think I could have ordered pick up and gotten served faster. They didn’t greet you when you walked in, didn’t apologize for the wait. And what finally got me to walk out before I even got to the front was they don’t wear gloves and use their thumbs to push the ice cream off the scoop. I understand handwashing, but they’re also touching computers and receipts and cardboard. I go to Marble Slab not infrequently and I’ve watched them serve dozens of people in the time it took them to make one milkshake.

  My family of 6 was in a summer evening ice cream rush last night at this location. We were in a line of 22 people that all walked in right after another. There was one young woman working last night and she impressed all of us with her professionalism, speed and ability to handle that size crowd on her own. And as always the ice cream was fantastic.
