- THToni HigginsJul 30, 20261.0Anchorage location was not a place would recommend for family's who have needs for a disabled family member. Made reservations on line in advance because we had 8 (5 children and 3 adults) and noted/ included we had one child in a wheelchair on the reservation. We arrived and were told no table..maybe in 10 to 15 min unless we wanted to all cram into a small booth. Waited and checked again after 20 and told again maybe in 15 min. 30 min later still no table. When looking into a dining area closed off, a staff member asked if they could assist. I explained our problems and she went for manager. They went to clean tables and set something up. I pointed to our group and again we had a child in a wheel chair that would need to be accommodated. They tried to set us at 2 pub tables pushed together. Obviously it was not going to be a situation for our child in the wheelchair. Eventually WE moved things around and staff pulled a regular table to cap the end of the two pub tables. Server was ok but infrequent to stop back Food was acceptable but at almost an hour past our reservations to being seated it was stressful. When it came time to leave the elevator wasnt working and would not come up to the second floor. We had to carry the child and the wheelchair down the steps. VERY disappointed in the experience AND the struggles we faced with a disabled child and the inability for D and B to be accessible for her needs
