  Such a great experience visiting family in AK. Games for the kids to stay busy while the grown people got to visit. Sara was a great server! Will go again.

  Giving this location 2 stars overall for now. They're not terrible, actually have decent service and the atmosphere while playing games is always fun! The food is pretty good as well. My issue is that it doesn't seem like they care much about being inclusive for people with food allergies. My wife is celiac and one of her favorite things to get up here was the cauliflower crust flatbread pizza, yet they havent had it in over a year? We call and ask and they say the same thing every time - they're out and check back again later. This time though they said they've had it on the menu but haven't recieved any of the crusts for the pizza, with no eta on when it'll come back. So either this location doesn't care enough to order the crust, or the shipping facility in the states is messing up and not sending these crusts. You're basically just turning away customers at this point. I'm always willing to give an updated review, but until the issue is fixed then I can't justify a better rating.

  Omg were to start sever was the worst after waiting 10 minutes had to go to bar for refills no plates for the mountain o nachos had to finally track down management jest to ask for extra hot sauce for sons chicken nuggets no remorse or apology from waitress first and by far last time to this establishment you can get better service at Chuck E Cheese and you serve yourself

  Great place to host a party! Easy coordination with Event Manager Maureen, great follow-up with her assistant Kathreena, and service day-of event was 5 Stars by Paul and Carina. Was able to bring some decorations and personalize the FUNction Room space. Good menu options for adults and kids. Will definitely host another party here in the future!

  The guy who greeted/seated us looked hung over. Literally, grunted when we said hello and shows us to our seats. Sitting at the table for 10 minutes and NO one has come by. I have seen one server leave the area from afar... same server has now come to the table. I asked for bbq sauce after the food was delivered. It was never brought. The OF drink is fair. The Strawberry Nirvana is amazing! I want to give this a 3 star experience, and that is solely based on the food, but the service drops it to a 2. The greeting and especially the wait time (excessive) and failure to bring any condiments (bbq, salt, pepper) to the table after requesting it makes this a poor experience. I may come back to sit at the bar. I would think twice before ever visiting the restaurant. Needs immediate improvement.
