Brutal, takes an hour to get a water, 2 hours to get food and 45 mins to pay your bill, manager sat eating a 6 course meal w their family while the server had zero idea how to handle the simplest request, the washrooms are worse than highway gas stations, good is salty , unseasoned low grade frozen and expensive. Bartender makes 2 drinks an hour.. waiter can't remember orders got most the tables wrong.. is gone for hours at a time never asked if the food is good, admitted they hadent punched in the orders like 1hr 45 mins into our wait... you expect dip and veggies with wings, napkins with any meal? Nope have to ask 7 times and it comes in 6 parts. The "wild" part is how bad it was. Corporate places are usually lackluster but they have it down to efficiency and consistency at least.. nope. Place was 30% capacity and they struggled to handle it, can't imagine if its full capacity no chance. Wasted 1 night first and last time going to any location .. Probably franchise owner hiring family who can't be fired, can't think of how else this is possible .. must be nice to have money to burn or such insane margins that you can turn away business.. the hour wait for water/ drinks is not a joke.. there's reason restaurants get first round of drinks out fast .. so they can sell multiple rounds.. we had drinkers with us who managed to get 2 beers each in the almost 4 hours, they easily would have drank way more if it was possible. Table next to us did not have water yet.. when they got them we asked how long they had been there... 1 hour 30 mins.. Wild wild wild. Bad food too BTW

Walked in on 9/27 to catch the Ravens vs Cowboys because we thought what better place to watch the game, eat some wings and grab a few beers. We could not have picked a worse place to eat. We walked in and no hostess or any team members inside to greet us or seat us. Maybe 8 minutes pass and finally we get acknowledged. A young server leads us to the only open section at the bar seats us and leaves. No menus. Okay no problem. Another 7 minutes pass and a server drops menus and leaves. Nobody stops by for at least another 10 minutes so I decide to order at the bar. Bartender sees me but gives me his back the entire time. He is only focus on his regulars and purposely ignores me. At first I thought it was a guest since he’s wearing a cartoon t shirt and not a bww shirt. After standing there ignored I stop an employee to ask for a manager. The woman said she was the manager and I explained the situation and lack of service. She says I’ll be right there. Shows up to our table several minutes later. No apology no personality and rudely approached us and asked “what do you want” we order a round of beers and they come out much much later. We arrived at the start of the game and did not get that first round until almost half time. Fine. Maybe short staffed. That same female manager passed us multiple times without stopping by and was aware our drinks were sitting empty for a long time. We stop another male in a black shirt and asked if we could order another round of beers and he told us he could not bring us drinks because he was a manager, not a server. We were absolutely appalled. We asked a younger gentleman who looked like a busser if he could grab someone for us so He waves over the first manager to stop by and she comes by to offer us another round. Eyes rolling and a lot of attitude. Both of the managers on duty were extremely unprofessional and were not managing. This is such a poor reflection of management and this behavior is brand damaging. If managers do not care why should team members? We never got to order food because we were ignored our whole visit. We left tips and we hope it goes to the young gentleman that actually apologized for his managers. Very disappointing experience.

I love BWW and have been ordering takeout here regularly for years. Unfortunately, the service and quality have noticeably gone downhill. In my last couple of visits, my order has been wrong and what I did receive was cold with pretty scant portions. I also have to address the situation outside the restaurant. The parking lot looks like a war zone with needles and trash everywhere and homeless people camping all over the property. Everyone that attempts to enter the building is accosted. In my last visit, a stranger begged me to walk her from the entrance to her car because she didn't feel safe doing so alone. I wish the management/ownership would wake up and intervene to save what used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Anchorage. Otherwise, this location looks to be living on borrowed time.

I honestly don’t know how this location continues to provide service like this. My server was Ivan, and from the beginning, his attitude was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional. I arrived first, and the rest of my party arrived about two minutes later. It took roughly 10 minutes for Ivan to even come back and take their drink orders. He then rapidly explained that Thursday was BOGO for boneless wings. He spoke so quickly that I didn’t even catch which specific sizes were included. I said, “Oh, cool,” and started looking over the menu. When he eventually came back with the drinks, I asked him to clarify which wings were part of the BOGO deal because I genuinely didn’t understand what he had said. His response was, “I already told you, boss. It’s 6, 10, or 15.” The attitude was unbelievable. I’m a customer asking a completely reasonable question. There was absolutely no reason to respond to me like I was inconveniencing him. Then I started ordering. I said I wanted 15 wings and started ordering for my wife. Before I could finish, he cut me off and said, “Dude, what sauce you want on those? What dipping sauce you want?” At that point I was honestly shocked. I’m trying to order food for my wife and myself, and instead of simply letting me finish, he’s rushing me and talking to me like I’m wasting his time. I told him what sauces I wanted and continued with my wife’s order. I said “thank you” multiple times throughout the interaction, including after he took our order, and he never once bothered to acknowledge me. And then the food arrived. The fries were COLD and hard. The wings were lukewarm and hard. My drink sat empty for around 10–15 minutes, and the only reason I got a refill was because he finally brought the check. This wasn’t just one small mistake. It was the entire experience from beginning to end. The attitude, the rushing, the lack of communication, the ignored drink, and then food that wasn’t even served properly. What makes this even more frustrating is that I came here about a year ago and left saying I would never come back. I decided to give this location another chance because I figured maybe my previous experience was just a bad day. Apparently not. I genuinely regret giving this location another chance. Buffalo Wild Wings, thanks for reminding me exactly why I stopped coming here in the first place. I will not be returning to this location.
