  Not sure if the food is good or not because the people working the counter never acknowledged it was even there. If youre a door dasher, they will talk to you but not if youre just a walk in customer

  Took a gyro meal, jalapeño poppers with French fries and tried jamocca milkshake. The gyro was decent, fries had very less salt :( , poppers can be better.

  Ordered a mobile order and the app must have glitched cause instead of ordering the 2 ranch packets I tried to order it ordered 15. And they gave me 15 ranches lol im not complaining just surprised they would actually fulfill the order. Everything else was completely normal

  Ordered door dash here recently. It was during slow/ off hours so they were NOT busy. Dasher ended up waiting a further TWENTY minutes (long enough to make my order twice at least) for the food to be ready. Considering the food should have been available WHEH THEY ARRIVED and it was NOT busy, it's beyond unacceptable that they took that long to make what is likely the easiest and most commonly-ordered item on the menu. I will not be patronizing Arby's any more because of this. Ever again.
