  I came here to redeem a coupon for my birthday a couple days ago and this place completely failed to honor the deal and actually give me some sort of free dessert/shake. I got an email as a Arby’s rewards member on my birthday and went to get a free dessert. They took my order for sliders but couldn’t figure out how to redeem my offer. I tried to go up again before the code expired and the other employee told me I’d have to now buy something else to receive the offer. They made sure to make it feel like a terrible icone viene to them.

  My kid's call this the world's best Arby's. It is in a rough part of town, however, every time I have been in here I have had wonderful service, a clean restaurant, and decent food (personally not a huge fast food fan, but my kids love it). 5 or 6 visits with friendly workers and meals cooked fast every single time. I wish they were all like this.

  The food was fresh and was served fast. I love Arby's curly fries but a lot of locations get them wrong and they are mushy and soggy. This location is consistently crispy on the outside with the perfect texture inside. The chicken on my chicken bacon Swiss was also perfectly cooked and not over sauced. I know it's fast food and I shouldn't judge so many things about it but it's expensive to eat fas food in Alaska so I go in to detail. Overall value for the dollar Arby's is still top three and this location helps keep that ranking.

  Went to this Arby’s location during my 30min lunch break, 25 minutes went by and I had not received my order, had to leave to go back to work. Needs better staffing or something. Waste of money I’ll never get back.
