  It was around 11:15pm Friday night and I went through the drive through and ordered two roast beef sandwiches and an order of curly fries and some poppers. Before I left the drive through I noticed my curly fries a bit shriveled up and old looking. I asked the drive through worker if I could have some new ones. At first she said she will get me new ones and to keep the old ones. But after I explained to her that I never eat here and how much I’d really like to have fresh fries she asked for the fries back and said to pull around front. I handed her the fries back and I pulled around the front of the building and within 3 minutes later she came out with new fries! Haha it looks like she took my old fries and dropped them in the fryer and gave them back to me hot. You tell me if these look like fresh new fries?

  The gentleman that was working the dt window around 1053 am that is from Manchester is an absolute delight. Id advise your management and corporate offices to make sure he is happy and well paid. The energy he gave, followed by the smile and politeness is rare now a days especially in this town. Wish I could rate 20 stars out of 5. Keep up the good work. Also food was cooked and not soggy definitely the better fast food establishments in Anchorage. 🍞
