  So I would give the mountain view location zero stars if I could first it took then a half an hour to get us our order when they weren't busy then they did not give us all our order we didnt recieve the bronco sauce for the to orders of poppers. They crew didnt hustle at all it was like they didnt care. Will never order here again.

  While most of the employees are great there are a few that are going through the motions. I have recently run into an employee who messed up my order but the restaurant was very good at correcting the mistake. Otherwise, the food is good and the employees are friendly. The food is hot when you get it and service is quick.

  Had to stand and wait for enough acknowledgement to get the restroom code. When I was able to finally ask - and I’m a near-6 foot man with a beard, the employee asked me “for which bathroom.” I will not be returning to this location in case one of these employees allows some random man into the women’s room while my wife or daughter are potentially washing up. Arby’s is apparently not female-friendly.
