Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
Ordered pizza and breadsticks, and the breadsticks were missing from the delivery. The Uber driver even double-checked with the store and was told everything was included—clearly not the case.
My wife called immediately and was told they’d send them out within 20 minutes. Fine. We waited. And waited. An hour later, we called again to follow up and asked for a credit. Instead of taking accountability, we were told the order was “on the way” and—unbelievably—that if we wanted them sooner, we should have just driven to the store ourselves.
That’s not service—that’s passing the blame.
To make it worse, when I requested a full credit due to the delay and inconvenience, they refused.
The breadsticks finally showed up about 70 minutes later… cold.
Missing items, poor communication, zero accountability, and rude customer service. There are too many other options out there to deal with this kind of experience again. Not coming back.
Only go to this Pizza Hut if you’re willing to wait like 20 minutes for an order you placed 30 minutes ago. Workers were friendly sure, but I literally saw one dude on his phone when he was supposed to be making the pizza. Food was alright I guess, but was it really worth all that time?
You all made A mistake on my order. I ordered pepperoni and sausage, then requested half of it add pineapple

Alright,
Ordered a chicken Alfredo pasta with breadsticks, a personal pan pizza, and a chocolate chip cookie.
I got an amazing Alfredo, one messed up wrong topping pizza, and a brownie, NOT cookie.
So, I called, got the run around from the random people you place the order they, finally got in touch with the actual store. The store had me on hold twice for 20 mins, finally the kid on the phone tells me "no worries, we will have that right back out to you in 15-20 minutes! Have a good day." Shew, finally! lol, nope! 50 mins after that phone call I finally get the replacement. Now that the rest of the family had eaten and im so fed up bc our food originally came 1 hr 40 mins ago.
If you're going to make it right, do it quickly and get rid of the telemarketer feel of the phone lines and having to fight to get in with the actual store staff.
Never. And I mean, ever, will I order from this location again.
This location is extremely unprofessional. You can hear a kid talking in the kitchen the entire time I was waiting for my order and all he was doing was cussing, every other word was the F word. He kept asking loudly "who would order a pizza at 10 o'clock at night!" And "someone come get this pizza out of my oven" he sounded maybe in his early 20s. I never did see his face but I was blown away at the service and the attitude. This was the first time I've been to this location and it will be the last.
