    I dont know whether to laugh, or be upset... Firstly, the staff seemed annoyed they had customers, so much so there was bickering going on between 2 of the people making hamburgers. What really seemed to set them off was I ordered the bakers dozen cookie pack (13 chocolate chip cookies) and they had to make them, and asked us to move into the mobile order. My roomate ordered a 10 pc nugget, and got 9 of the smallest nuggets, clearly strategically placed in a row as to ensure we saw there was only 9. I had a quick laugh about that, because it wasnt an honest mistake, it was clearly calculated... Then I got home and checked on my cookies, that we waited almost 10 minutes for.. They had been thrown in, and appeared to be undercooked because they all had fuzed into one large cookie (which I didnt hate, honestly) but again, clearly done out of spite. LOL I mean, if this was the worst part of my day, I had a pretty good day, but man this mcdonalds absolutely despises their customer base. I only hope this was an off night, but based on the 1500 one-star reviews, it seems to be the expected norm, not the exception. Remember, Its mcdonalds... Its barely food, and their staff are barely humans, have a laugh and keep on livin life. They arent all the sudden going to get better. The culture is too far gone to have good expectations lol

    i got there at 1028 sat at the window for two minutes, and no one answered, and i asked if they still had breakfast, and they said no. i told them i had been waiting and that this has happened multiple times. i wouldn’t normally leave a review but their staff is extremely rude almost half the time i’m there, forget half of my orders, never give me sauces or even the correct amount of food i’ve ordered. i think someone needs to handle their customer service skills because it’s CLEAR they don’t want to have any basic manners.

    I had a disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was not handled properly, and my order was not taken or prepared correctly. I spoke with a manager about the issue, but I did not feel the situation was resolved, and I was unfairly blamed as the customer. The food quality was also not up to expectations—the fries and other items were not fresh. Overall, both service and food quality need significant improvement. I hope management addresses these issues

    Every time I come here I have to wait minimum 15 minutes and today I came and they made their whole drive through lane park and not one us got our food for 15 minutes. I went inside and found a table full of employees smoking together. This location needs to be shut down.

    Absolutely and utterly ridiculous! Went to drive thru, requested extra onions on 3 burgers and when ordered said to please make it extra extra, then pull around to pay and then they told me to pull up and park and I asked the lady at the window before I parked to please make sure there are extra. They bring it out, open them to check, and apparently extra to them means none. I go inside tell them the issue, point to the ticket that says extra then open the burger and showed them there were none. they take my food and I wait at the counter for about 6 mins and I finally ask them what is going on, I’m trying to be patient and that I just need onions placed on food so I can leave.. then finally get food and still hardly any on them and I had to request for them to just place onions in a box and I will do it myself. Seriously, it’s not hard to read the ticket and follow what it says. Will never go here again!!!! Horrible customer service and experience all together. No thank you!!
