It’s rare they are there- more likely you’ll catch a young crowd more interested in their phones than your order. Just paid $40 for two sandwiches I could have made better at home 🥴

I order online and they still DO NOT FOLLOW INSTUCTIONS OR READ THEM!!!! They are too busy have a attitude because they don’t understand what you’re saying but this is their issue and the company as well. The service here is very pathetic.

You online order and there’s issue after issue processing the order and you end up giving up trying to submit an online order and don’t end up eating there. You decide to go several weeks later in person. You walk in and the first thing the lady says is their registers are down and they cannot take any orders. She was already clearing up emptying all the food out of the fridge, etc ready to go home. If there’s a consistent issue with online services and your registers you need to do more to ensure this is fixed for customers and stays fixed long term or people will stop going to this location as they should.

Then, I ask for 1 Oatmeal Cookie & 1 Chocolate Chip, she gives me 2 Chocolate Chip! The employee was so rude and kept making excuses for her actions. The most substandard service I have ever had! Please hire someone who can handle doing a simple job!!!
