My banana cream pie latte is always on point here. I’ve got a super automatic expensive machine at home so I take pride in my coffee in the morning. I’ve never been up iced latte sweet add flavor, kind of guy, but a friend of mine put me onto these banana cream lattes and I can’t get enough. Well everybody generally who works. There is very friendly, Rebecca is a stand out. She’s knowledgeable and friendly and makes an amazing latte.

I understand that work days can be long but employees really need to smile and leave their attitude at home.

Dutch Bros has basically become my emotional support drive-thru at this point. Pulled up for a white chocolate mocha (extra sweet, because apparently I make excellent life decisions), a dark chocolate mocha, and two sausage sliders, and honestly, zero regrets. The girls recognize me now, which makes me feel like a VIP… or a caffeine-fueled GenXr they see too often. Either way, that “hey, good to see you!” hits harder than the espresso shots and always makes me smile. Both drinks were rich, chocolatey, and strong enough to restart my personality. And those sausage sliders? Tiny, warm, dangerous little snacks that convince you to order “just one more thing” every time. Line moves fast, vibes stay high, and somehow I leave with coffee, food, and a slightly improved attitude toward humanity. 10/10!! Will absolutely be back, probably sooner than my bank account thinks is responsible.

I just left this location today. Mind you it's ice and snow on the ground so I fully understand closing early. Here's a bit of my experience. My lady and I wanted dutch brothers as we normally do a few times each week. We pulled up, all the lights were on and employees were visible from the drive through window. We sat there for a little bit, a young lady could clearly see us. She finally walks over to the window, doesn't open it and with a disgruntled look on her face gives us the cut throat sign. Perhaps the owner should recruit some of the young employees from Starbucks and Chic fil a who display professionalism and good customer service. A simple I'm sorry "were closed" would have been perfect. Instead ignoring a customer in the drive thru and finally walking over with a pissed off face and giving a cut throat symbol is what I got. Needless to say, I won't return. Save your money consumers and just go across the street to Starbucks!
