  The pizza was right…the wings look like they got drive-by sauced. Like the Domino’s employee sneezed in the general direction of the buffalo sauce and called it a day.

  1hr and 30 minute wait for a small order of just wings when it’s“Less busy than usual “ is crazy dude approximate time was “24-39 minutes “ not 1hr and 30mins then called and said it’s on its way just for another 30 minutes wait time

  The problem is not you are behind on orders it's a pizza place, it happens. The problem is when I stand in your store 30 min before you tell me my pizza hasn't even been made yet. But when I walked in you said it's finishing up it should be 10 mins. So why can't the truth be told about where the pizza is and how much time it has to cook. Highly incompetent. Im asking about the pizza whars it to lie about. Not good customer service

  Ordered food & asked for no peppers/veggies on my Hot Sandwich but instead of reading my order they added peppers. Not reading the order before making it seems to be a common thing for cooks these days so I'd be irritated but I'd just remove them & eat it without complaint. The only issue is that this time Domino's decided to put the peppers between the peperoni & the cheese so when they baked it the cheese melted everything together hiding the peppers to the point that I couldn't even remove them without removing all the sandwiches toppings since they were baked together... Man I love ordering & paying for a dinner I can't eat!!! PS...I do want to say the only reason I'm not giving it a 1 star is because the Delivery Driver was a very nice & professional person that treated my stuff with care

  This is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza where the garlic on the crust was missing. The first time I didn’t say anything but this time I told them about it. The guy just put garlic on the crust and didn’t brush it in to spread it around and looked pretty annoyed to do it. Then I used domino carside delivery and put my blinker on and flashed my lights as instructed. I waited for 15 -20 minutes, despite arriving 5 minutes after my order window pick up timeframe. I purposely parked right in front of the store where they could see me and they looked at my car a couple of times but no one ever came out. This is the second time I’ve also experienced this at this location. I got out of my vehicle and went inside and the woman at the register said their system is not working and it never beeped to let them know I was outside. Why would you have a feature present that I cannot use, not once but twice in a row?! Additionally, even without the feature, it was night time and the lights are bright outside and I parked in front of the window so they could see my flashing lights. This is highly unacceptable. Furthermore, because I waited for so long, by the time I got my pizza it was slightly warm and when I made it home (5 minutes down the street) I had to heat it up to be warm again. This is the worst experience I have had with dominoes and none of the staff cared. There was no sense of urgency to fix the issue, no apologies or accountability. Just and excuse that the beeper doesn’t work. I can only imagine how many people this happens to and they just choose to not return versus writing a review.
