- TCTim Cook4 days ago1.0I can to pick up an order and when I walked up to the Togo area the managers was on the phone with someone who was asking about a refund. I stood there for awhile with no acknowledgment from her. A young lady came out to run food after the bell was rung. She walked by me twice and said nothing but kept walking. After the manager got off the phone I expected her to greet me since I had been standing there for at least 5 minutes but she just turned around and walked away. Thank goodness for the young man working the front line came over and help me out. Customer service is like management 101. She needs to learn from the young man on how to treat your guest. 2.9 is really true.

I got like 5 pieces or chicken and my bowl was less than half way full today. Chipotle always fills me up, with left overs. I expected a decent amount since chipotle isn’t even cheap.
