No apology, no acknowledgment, just attitude. Terrible service and zero respect for customers. Definitely not coming back.

- ASamanda simonsonDec 11, 20251.0ordered 5 meals, and literally all 5 meals were messed up. not even like a little messed up—like drastically incorrect. for example, one of our bowls was only meant to have steak, white rice, no beans, cheese, and lettuce, but we received a bowl that had steak, white rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese, salsa, and no lettuce. had to wait about half an hour because they were “out of chicken,” but the chicken is still burnt? when we got home, every package was cold to the touch, and the food was so cold that even the cheese felt cold to the touch still. absolutely awful, and the only compensation the employees thought to offer was chips that were so salty they felt inedible.

The service depends on who works there everyone kinda gives a different impression but I’ve haven’t came across someone rude. The food portions are small and most times over cooked. Even the chips are stale at times. But I can say the bathrooms are clean.
