Today I ordered a spicy sandwich meal and typically I can add egg on the side. The young gentleman taking our order didn’t know how to do an add on and apologized saying to ask at the window. Okay, not an issue! We get to the window where “Caleb” is working. He asks my name and I say. I then tell him, “yes, sorry. I tried ordering a side of eggs with the guy before but he said he didn’t know how and to ask y’all!” He then very rudely says “yea because there’s not an easy way too.” And proceeds to walk away. Yikes, okay. He hands us our food and while we wait for the egg I check our bags. My kiddos sauce packet is missing. I couldn’t get his attention so I waited til he gave me the eggs that I say, “sorry, my kiddos missing their sauce.” He walks away, grabs it and hands it to me. I grab it say thank you and he says nothing and just turns away. I drove away with a bewildered face because in what world are cfa employees rude??? 2 stars because yes the food is quick and great but the service at the window was AWFUL.
