Absolutely love this store! Their prepared meals are some of the best quality food I've had from a grocery store. I'm from California where there's no H.E.B. stores so shopping here is a treat. I also love their local goods such as their flavored milk section. I usually use their curbside pickup which is convenient and quick, but some of the stuff they have in store isn't available for curbside pickup so it's worth going inside to shop if you can.

Came to pick up my order at HEB in Hewitt. Drove around a couple of times but no spots available. I asked one of the workers that was bringing out the pick up orders what do I do if there are no spots. She said I would have to keep driving around until I found one. That’s totally unacceptable especially at this time of day. No more pick up orders for me. As busy as they are you would think they would kick it into high gear and get the orders out fast. Nope. Just strolling like they have NO CARES in the world. Do better HEB!!!

HEB was nice. The store was clean. The customer as well as those who were staff had a strange look about them as if I didn't belong there. They were very stand offish!!!

Yesterday I pulled up to get my curbside order. Usually I receive a text at least an hour before pickup letting me know if any of my items were substituted to allow me to accept/reject their substitution. This is usually followed by a text 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time to let me know ow my order was ready. Yesterday I did not receive any of these text. My order was scheduled at 4-4:30 pm. I got there at 4:08. After waiting 20 minutes I received a text stating there was a substitution and that my order was ready. They substituted pot roast seasoning for stew seasoning. If I was making stew I would have ordered stew seasoning. After 25 minutes of waiting I finally called. I was told they were finishing up my order ( my order was placed at 8:30 am). I commented on the substitution and was told the employee would let me know of the substitution and that I could remove it from the bag when they brought out my order. So after waiting 25 minutes I’m expected to spend more time going through bags to try to find their substitution and the employee said nothing. Needless to say I left the substitution alone and pulled out at 4:38. 30 minutes of wait time to get groceries I’m paying more for than going in is ridiculous. I have regularly used the HEB on Valley Mills and Wooded Acres and have never had problems. Since moving back to the Hewitt area I have had numerous problems with the HEB on Woodway Dr. 2 weeks ago I was missing an item and yesterday received a packet of gravy that I did not order so now someone else will be missing an item. Disappointing!

8am on a Monday and the men’s bathrooms are disgusting. One stall that was “usable”. Staff was rude when informed. Pick up staff has absolutely 0 regard for anyone actually Shopping. They walk right between you and what you are looking for. Refuse to move to allow you to get by while they are socializing in a group. I love HEB, I despise this location. Save yourself a hassle and go to any other HEB in town.
