  Ok first and foremost, this place is the best HEB in our area! The prices are below average and the product quality is consistently outstanding! Now I’d like to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MELINDA AND SAL, our curbside pickup team today. They were so friendly, respectful, patiently loaded our items with care, and made me smile for the first time all day. Thank you Melinda and Sal, and thank you HEB for such awesome food, service, and prices. Excellent all around. -xoxo lady with the big order on Monday

  Best produce and meat department in Greater Waco supermarkets. Their store brands are excellent quality at good prices. Their bakery and deli are fantastic, especially their tortillas! Quality is excellent. Prices are good.

  Wait times at curbside are getting progressively longer and ridiculous. There’s absolutely no reason someone should be waiting for 30+ minutes without even an acknowledgment of that wait. I had somewhere i needed to be.

  I'm absolutely one of H.E.B.'s biggest fans and feel that we are fortunate here in Texas to have such a great company and store in so many of our neighborhoods. However, I do have one concern/complaint. I occasionally see people bringing their dogs into the Woodway store. Based on my web search, H.E.B.'s company policy is to NOT allow dogs in the store unless they are registered service animals and identified as such. It should also be noted that in this case "service animals" are trained to perform specific tasks for their owner. Emotional support does not fall into this category. I want to stress that dogs in this H.E.B. are not something I see frequently - just occasionally. I wish the staff were instructed to let their managers know when they see a dog so appropriate action can be taken.

  A prescription of pain patches was called in for my severely Autustic son. They have been filling it every single month past 5 months then denies the prescription due to a typo. When the coreect diagnosis was added and sent to the pharmacy in woodway Texas. They said they never recieved it when it was confirmed it was sent. I feel that the pharmacist Becky is taking this matter personal because my son was rude when on the phone with her. He is now very sick with a 104+ fever, he is also undergoing a trial of chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide whatever that means. We see the doctor tomorrow morning but im pretty sure we will be calling the fire department soon. I guess we will change pharmacies. He has a rare genetic disorder XYYY takes all name brand drugs due to his sensitivity to generics. His meds cost over 70k a year. Becky has always been nice to me but i think she must have it in her mind that anyone who is on opiate medication is a drug abuser. He is dependent since age 8. But we give him is medication. I gave one star due to possibliity of infraction of law under the disabilty act. Ty
