- SGSelena Gonzalez5 days ago1.0I’m just writing this so you can see. They are selling hot milk. Perfect Right before a 13 hr night shift. They are super inconsistent with quality but my husband picks here instead of Starbucks . Can someone please make sure that the drinks actually contain coffee it’s so depressing for me. I know it’s kids working and they try their best but can we get an adult or someone who pays attention to what is being done 😭 -sincerely my 13 hr shift &rotating schedule IM DYEN HEA

I haven't tried their food options, but their drinks are worth the wait, which can be a few minutes just because of how busy they are. The staff is very friendly, yet still efficient. They have many decaf and sugar free options.

- MMMterry5932Feb 21, 20261.0Usually good experience here. Today the car line was to up to the walk up order window , so I went to window to order. 3 people picking “call ins” came behind me. I waited nearly 20 minutes , while all the drive thru cars, the 3 call ins, and more cars pulling up, got served. The customer service was crap today. No apologies, no thank you for the wait, nothing besides this response to my question “yours got wiped off the screen when others came up, have a blessed day”… this used to be my favorite Dutch Bros. Side note- the dude that took my order was great! Kind and funny, even gave me a sticker when I asked it. He gets 5 stars. The lady gets 1.

What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
