Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Burger was overcooked burned at the edges, french fries were cold and not cooked, ask for mayonnaise and got mustard. Went through the drive-thru and the cashier asked if he can keep my change.

Every Whataburger should have a Melissa!
She greeted me with a friendly, cheerful face, took my order, and then delivered it with a smile.
When I mentioned I was new to the area, she asked if I liked it here and welcomed me. She also talked about what a beautiful place it is to live.
What a great ambassador for Whataburger, and for east Texas.

Great thing about this location was the big truck parking in back. Has been some time since I had been through this small town and noticed this place on the way through town earlier that day so I figured what the heck give em a try. WAS NOT disappointed. Great service. Great food. Can't ask for more.
